I genuinely loved my room. Very spacious! I had mentioned it was my birthday and there was a little treat - cookie and a huge brownie waiting for me when I got there! It was very thoughtful. I also requested for a late checkout which they graciously obliged because it was my birthday! Location was good too! I really enjoyed this hotel and would stay there again if I’m ever in the area.

My trip was very last minute due to my child having an accident on summer camp. The lovely receptionist Chrissie on reception spotted him in pain and struggling the minute we walked through the door and offered us a loan of the hotel wheelchair. We wouldn't have got through the stay without it. We had bar food, drinks and desserts which were super, again - really nice staff. The bar was comfortable, airy, bright, nice atmosphere and very relaxing. The bedroom and bathroom were absolutely spotless and beds really comfy. Breakfast the following morning was also really good, great selection of everything and very fresh.

The property was modern, bright and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite and more than happy to offer assistance. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant/bar was superb. The free access to the pool and gym was a lovely surprise, and the children really enjoyed it. The hotel is very family friendly.

The room was very nice, bed was big and comfortable. Very clean and a glass bottle of water was waiting on arrival which was nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were all provided in the bathroom. The leisure centre was great too

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from and staff were refilling food as it was being taken. The free use of the pool at the leisure centre was excellent.

Location was great for a family gathering for our stay there over three days,well looked after in the bar and restaurant with a special mention for (Michelle Mangan) who looked after us superbly! Breakfast time also faultless! Definitely be back! Thanks

The hotel was lovely straight when you walked in the door. All staff we met at reception and in the restaurant were all very nice. The restaurant food was delicious. There were water bottles on the bedside lockers, which was a nice touch.

Fabulous hotel, lovely pleasant staff. Room was very spacious and comfy. Water in the room and toiletries. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was included and was very good. There was fruits and porridge as well as bacon, eggs, sausage etc. Unfortunately didn't have time for the pool, but will be back
